How delivery works

  1. You pay through our payment provider.
  2. The provider confirms the payment to our server.
  3. We immediately email you a secure download link (valid for 7 days) and add the guide to your library.
  4. You can download the guide from your library for as long as you have an account.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that isn’t on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has started if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. We ask for that consent at checkout and record it with your order, and confirm it in your order email.
