Who we are

These terms apply to the website and services of GhostTrader, at [business address — to be completed] ("we").

What we offer

Educational content, downloadable PDF guides, memberships and software tools for analysing financial markets (including stocks, crypto-assets, forex, indices and commodities), including a paper-trading simulator. We do not provide investment services, portfolio management, brokerage or personal investment advice, and we never hold client funds.

Accounts

Prices and payment

Digital content and right of withdrawal

See our Digital delivery policy. By asking for immediate delivery at checkout you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Art. 6:230p BW / Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)).

Memberships

Reviews

Only customers who bought a guide can review it; we check each review against a paid order before publishing. We publish positive and negative reviews alike and only reject reviews containing spam, abuse, personal data or content unrelated to the product. We don't pay for or edit reviews.
