Digital guides are delivered immediately at your express request, after which the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, contact us within [30] days and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Memberships

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and you won’t be charged again. [Specify whether partial-period refunds are offered and how the 14-day withdrawal right for subscriptions is handled.]

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Refunded guides are removed from your library.
